The night before, let your kids help make these creamy, fruity treats so they'll be ready to eat by the time school's out. Use fruit yogurt and supplement it with fresh versions of real fruit (try peach yogurt pureed with fresh peaches) or start with vanilla yogurt and add any complementary fruit you like (blueberries are good). Don't have popsicle molds? Pour the mix into four little paper cups instead and stick in a plastic fork as a handle.
