Martha's friend genus Melissa Neufeld shared her technique for creating this nice picture-frame card that was galvanized by a vintage Victorian celluloid frame. Our pleated card is eight by twelve inches and fits into a 6-by-8-inch envelope.
Two 9-by-7 sheets of paper (contrasting designs)
Picture frame card guide
Regular and crenated scissors
12-by-8-inch piece of card stock
1/2-by-6 1/2-inch piece of 2-ply deposit board
6-by-8-inch envelope, optional
Cut 2 9-by-7 sheets of paper from 2 different styles.
Adhere paper to back of 1 sheet victimization transfer tape. Attach the 2 papers, back to back.
