Regular Exercise. You must exercise once every day, for 15-20 minutes. Dancing or a quick jog are always great! Turn on the radio and dance to a song you love for 10 minutes, have a five minute break and go for a 10 minute jog.Ad
Healthy food. You should eat more healthy foods than unhealthy foods. Some healthy foods are: Apples, Oranges, Bananas, etc. Some unhealthy foods are: Cookies, Candy, Sugary Cereals...etc.
Drink lots of water. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Join an after-school club. Some clubs you can keep in mind are netball,basketball,football or any other activity you enjoy.
Try a lot of different sports or activities. Don't stay with the same sport all the time! Sports make your body fit and make your systems(digestive system..etc) work well.
