I garnish this cocktail with mint sprigs from my own herb garden for a delicious and refreshing twist.
Malibu Island Spiced is a low-calorie spiced rum that’s perfect for summer entertaining and cocktail parties.
Perfect Summer Mojito
- 1 ½ parts Malibu Island Spiced
- 2 packets of sweetener (optional)
- 3 lime wedges
- 3 mint sprigs
- 3 parts soda water
Muddle lime, mint, and optional sweetener in the bottom of a Collins glass. (I usually opt to make mine without the sweetener.) Add Malibu Island Spiced. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves.
