If you love mushrooms, be sure to cook mushroom stew. And to make this dish is not difficult, and it turns out very tasty, also very inexpensive!
You will need:

300 g of frozen mushrooms
3 pcs. potato
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tbsp. l. green peas
1 tbsp. l. tomato puree
1 bunch green onions
vegetable oil for frying
Salt to taste


Mushrooms thawed at room temperature and cut into pieces. Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.

Potatoes and carrots cut into large cubes and add to the mushrooms, stir and fry. Then add ½ cup hot water or broth and simmer over low heat until half of vegetables. Stew with salt, pour a dilution of 1 cup hot water tomato puree and bring to a boil.

In a dish to add fresh frozen green peas, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Sprinkle with green onions.
