The following items were taken from Wilmette police reports:
Employees at Exotic Auto Spa in the 500 block of Green Bay Road reported on May 18 that someone spray-painted an undecipherable image on the building in yellow.
Two bottles of Grey Goose vodka valued at approximately $100 were stolen from the Jewel in the 400 block of Green Bay Road on May 18.
A resident in the 1100 block of Lake Avenue reported on May 17 a suspicious person banging on his door and then passing out on his lawn. Officers arrived and the subject was gone. He was discovered inside a residence several doors down by investigating officers. It was not his residence. The subject, 27, and from Grayslake, was highly intoxicated. He was charged and released on an I-bond.
At 4 a.m. on May 18, a resident in the 100 block of Dartmouth Street heard a loud bang and observed a vehicle on the parkway of Harper Elementary School. Evidence indicated that a vehicle drove through the rear courtyard of Harper and at some point driving over a chain link fence. The offending vehicle was located in a driveway at 1050 Pawnee and was determined to be stolen overnight from 1054 Cherokee Road.
A resident of the 1600 block of Greenwood Avenue reported on May 22 that someone illegally accessed her Harris Bank debit account used to make unauthorized purchases totaling $191.09.
Officers investigating a solicitor complaint in the 1100 block of Wilmette Avenue found the subject, 21 and from Chicago, to be a frequent offender. He was charged with possession of cannabis and false impersonation of a charitable organization.
Employees at a Jewel in the 400 block of Green Bay Road apprehended several people on May 20 involved in the theft of alcohol. Investigating officers charged one individual with retail theft.
A wallet was stolen from a shopping cart in a Jewel store in the 400 block of Green Bay Road on May 18. The wallet was found on the east side of the building with $104 missing.
Numerous areas outside of Loyola Academy, including the tennis court area, track and field area, bleachers, a shed and benches were sprayed with graffiti, it was reported on May19.
A registration plate was stolen from a trailer parked at 722 Green Bay Road on May 14.
A $10 gift card was stolen from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Kenilworth Avenue, it was reported on May 12.
A 21-year-old woman was issued a citation for theft of alcohol after the store manager observed her leaving a jewel store in the 400 block of Green Bay Road on May 19 with a bottle of alcohol in a baby stroller.
